Shipping & Policies

  • Shipping Methods

    All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted via email to the purchaser. Customers will receive tracking information upon shipment. Please allow 7-21 days for delivery, as outlined by USPS at this time.

    Currently, I do not ship internationally.

  • Shipping Timeframes

    I work diligently to get all orders out within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the time of the year. If your order takes more than 5 days to process, I will contact you via email to keep you updated!

  • Issues with Orders

    If there is another issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, etc.) please email me at kimberlycastrodaleart@gmail.com. I am happy to work with you to make it right!

  • Damaged Orders

    I package every order with the utmost care and an abundance of protective packing materials! This ensures a safe arrival, but sometimes damages do happen.

    Please email me at kimberlycastrodaleart@gmail.com with photos of the damages along with your order number. I will re-send the item(s) as soon as possible. Damaged items do not need to be mailed back.

    In the event your package is damaged, you may also file a claim with the shipping service responsible for your package. Priority shipments are automatically insured up to $100. Artwork and packages over this amount will be insured to the full value.

  • Returns & Refunds

    All original artwork and commissions are final sale. I recognize that artwork is a financial investment, so please consider this when purchasing an original piece of art!

    Print, paper goods, and gifts can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery date. If you decide that you don’t enjoy your print or goods, simply email your order number to kimberlycastrodaleart@gmail.com and which items you will be returning for refund or exchanging for a new product.

    So long as item(s) are postmarked within 14 days of delivery date, I will offer a full refund back to your original method of payment. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s).

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

    Unfortunately, Kimberly Castrodale Art is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

    In the event your package is lost or stolen, you may file a claim with the shipping service responsible for your package after 21 days. Sometimes it takes this long for an item to reach you! USPS Priority shipments are automatically insured up to $100. Artwork and packages over this amount will be insured to the full value.
